We are currently seeking a Safety Risk Analyst - Transportation to join our rapidly growing commercial team at InsureLine Brokers Empire in Edmonton, AB. Responsibilities: 
 
  • Providing customers with prompt service by providing advice, discussing customer concerns, including but not limited to walk-ins, emails, and phone calls 
  • Entering and updating clients’ information in our BMS system and spreadsheets  
  • Assist clients in building training plans for inexperienced drivers 
  • Work with selected driving schools to test clients’ driver’s knowledge and skills  
  • Send clients safety notifications, weather updates, and any applicable industry information or changes  
  • Perform safety inspection and audit of clients’ company on client’s business premises, make recommendations and follow up as needed 
  • Determine eligibility for insurance policy 
  • Collect and prepare all documents required for new business and renewals 
  • Keeping current with activities and workload 
  • Follow branch workflows 
  • Travel required 
 
Qualifications: 
 
  • Experience in trucking industry is required  
  • Safety and operations in transportation is preferred 
  • General Level 1 insurance license is an asset 
  • Experience with Epic is an asset 
  • Microsoft office 365 experience is required 
  • Outlook experience is required 
  • Ability to multi-task, problem solve, critical think and be detailed oriented 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle pressure and meet deadlines 
  • Able to be pro-active and work both independently and as a part of a team 
  • Positive and respectful attitude with both clients and co-workers 
  • High degree of professionalism and integrity
