The Associate Vice President, Marketing brings superior customer-focused leadership to the team as evidenced in an innovative mindset related to corporate level marketing, branding, sales and distribution activities. The successful candidate will hold an undergraduate marketing or business degree (or equivalent). Additionally, the incumbent should have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role (insurance experience would be considered an asset), including at least 3 years of progressive leadership experience.
