Our valued client has an opportunity for Safety Risk Analyst to join their team! 3 locations availlable - Edmonton, Calgary(Remote) & Mississauga (Remote)


Our client has a rapidly growing their team in South Edmonton. This role is highly focused on the selection of customers for insurance eligibility. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and drive to succeed in a high performing environment!


  • Providing strong customer service by active listening and advice with customer concerns either walk-in, email and phone.
  • Maintaining and inputting clients’ information in the system and spreadsheets  
  • Assist clients in creating training plans for new drivers 
  • Collaborate with selected driving schools to test clients’ driver’s knowledge and skills  
  • Send clients safety notifications, weather updates, and any applicable industry information or changes 
  • Perform safety inspections and audit of clients’ company on client’s business premises, make recommendations and follow up as needed 
  • Determine eligibility for insurance policy
  • Collect and prepare all documents required for new business and renewals 
  • Keeping current with activities and workload, following company’s guidelines and workflows
  • Travel required


  • Trucking Industry Experience is required  
  • Experience driving a commercial truck is required
  • Safety and operations in transportation is preferred 
  • General Level 1 insurance license is an asset 
  • Experience with Epic is an asset 
  • Strong computer skills is required.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Positive and respectful attitude both internally and externally 
  • High degree of professionalism and integrity
