CL Account Assistant / TSR

Supports the department in all administrative tasks.


  1. Prepares new and renewal business which includes client letters, policy documentation, invoicing and financing contracts.
  2. Process and checks all endorsement documents.
  3. Reports claims to insurers and setup an abeyance.
  4. Claim confirmations.
  5. Setup client files.
  6. Process certificates of insurance, liability slips, abstracts and auto plus monthly.
  7. Follow up for monthly reports.
  8. Scanning, faxing, photocopying and any other administrative support when required.
  9. Performs other duties as required.


  • RIBO Licensed or willing to obtain within 6 months
  • High School Diploma or Community College or commensurate work experience
  • CIP and/or CAIB designation or working actively towards designation


  • Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and amange time effectively
  • Accuracy and stong attention to detail
  • Execellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficent with Miroscoft Office (MS Teams, Word, Excel); Agency Manager (TAM) and other department-specific systems
  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years brokering experience in property casualty product
