Personal Lines CSR
Hamilton, Ontario
Responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional day to day customer service to clients
- Processing policy changes
- Maintain professional relationships with Insurers and Underwriters
- Assist and provide support to Producers as required
- Processes call backs, submissions and mail in a timely manner
- Flexible to perform various assigned tasks
- Promotes company features and benefits as part of ongoing portfolio reviews
- Cross sell a variety of products at every opportunity
- Promotes client loyalty through attention to detail and relationship building
- Remains current on all company philosophies and procedures
- Accepts risks within established guidelines
Qualifications:
RIBO in good standing
Strong Customer Service
2+ years experience working at a brokerage in personal lines
Servicing a book of personal lines customers
Experience with EPIC (an asset)
Use of Applied Rating
Experience working with multiple Insurance company portals
Ability to work in a fast paced "team" environment
Ability to process policy changes, cancellations, new business on both the BMS Maintain professional relationships with Insurers and Underwriters
Post secondary education
Strong computer skills
Have a professional telephone manner
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing
Have excellent organization and time management skills
Have excellent interpersonal skills
