Job Description
Our client in Hamilton is looking for someone with strong sales ability who wishes to build their personal lines business. Leads will be provided but candidate must also use cold calling and referrals they receive directly.
Responsibilities:
Selling personal lines products to clients including VIP business
Expected sales of $25k of gross premium per month
Maintain professional relationships with Insurers and Underwriters
Processes call backs, emails and submissions in a timely manner
Remains current on all company philosophies and procedures
Accepts risks within established guidelines
Qualifications:
Currently holds a RIBO License in good standing
2 to 3 years experience in personal lines sales
Experience with EPIC (an asset)
The ability to communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing
You have excellent interpersonal skills
Compensation: Base salary + Commission, bonus (dependent on experience)
