The Opportunity:

Seeking a Commercial Account Manager who can switch tasks easily and assist with different areas of the book of business. Providing exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships. Responsibilities include updating electronic client files, gathering underwriting information and data entry.

About You:

You like to have your hands in many different aspects of insurance, you know how to prioritize and jump in when need be. You have great initiative and now what to do to get the task completed. You are enthusiastic and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client care as primary customer service contact
• Participate in formal account reviews; assisting in account rounding and working diligently to provide value-added services for clients
• Prepare proposals, cover notes, customer correspondence, certificates, and invoices as per agency standards
• Collect data from the client, create an expert submission to be presented, negotiate suitable rates and coverages with company       underwriters, present account executives with best programs, and bind coverage.

Necessary qualifications include:

  • Level 2 insurance license
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with marketing and assisting with client contacts on accounts within the book of business 
  • Confident to work independently without supervision
  • Superior client service, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • A keen attention to detail
  • Work well in a fast paced, client-focused environment
  • Stroing computer and systems skills
