Job Description

 Responsibilities

- Working in an insurance brokerage as a licensed Customer Service Representative CSR.

· Upon receiving a call, assists the client by applying changes, cancellations and updates to the policy, taking care to meet the client's needs effectively, while advising and educating in order to ensure the client's complete satisfaction and retention.

· Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

· Review renewal reports to ensure all clients are adequately looked after

Compensation and Benefits

· Base Pay $60,000 - $70,000 depending on experience

· Plus Commission

· Health & Dental Benefits

· 3 weeks vacation

 

Qualifications:

  • RIBO licensed

· 3 years of experience doing office work.

· Knowledge of financial documents.

· Ability to use computer software and ease with communication technology.

· Experience with operations/ customer service.

· Familiar with Broker management system Sig
