Job Description

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities 

  • Provide exceptional customer service across several communication channels to the clients
  • Thorough coverage explanations, ability to remarket to various insurers, where appropriate to ensure coverage and premium needs are met
  • Handle and respond to all incoming phone calls, mail and e-mails from clients and companies
  • Contact Customers and to obtain any additional information required
  • Ensure adherence to internal and external underwriting rules, regulations and procedures
  • In-depth understanding of various insurance providers underwriting rules & product features and benefits
  • Knowledgeable and proficient on various insurer company portals
  • Performs other related duties as required

Requirements – Qualities – Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

  • RIBO license is mandatory
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with broker management systems. Powerbroker knowledge is an asset
  • High level of integrity and excellent work ethic
  • A strong customer service focus
  • Ability to work individually as well as part of a team

Salary based upon experience

Paid Benifits after 3 months
