Job Description

Our Client:

Our client, a large independent brokerage is looking to add to their team! You will be primarily handling auto insurance, and also trained on handling more complex and files and focusing on commecial fleet accounts

 

Responsibilities:

  • Developing new business opportunities
  • Maintaining existing client base
  • Handling routine client inquiries
  • Maintaining ICBC inventory and batching/transmitting ICBC documentation
  • Managing and reporting insurance claims in the interest of your clients
  • Various insurance administration tasks (file maintenance, Accounts Receivable, payment processing, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Level 2 licence preferred, but will consider experienced level 1
  • Industry experience
  • Strong customer service skills and focus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
