Our client is seeking a professional and talented High Net Worth/VIP Account Manager to join the firm!  Be a part of their long established team and join a leading professional organisation. With an entrepreneurial spirit, you won’t be bogged down with bureaucracy and can focus on what you enjoy.  This person will be handling a book of high net worth/VIP clients, reporting to a fabulous and supportive Leader with strong core values.

 

Location: Flexible - Hybrid/Surrey

 

Who you are: 

You are a dynamic and polished professional who prides themselves on their client service and can always remain one step ahead of their client needs.  **VIP market exposure not essential, but you must be familiar with using different insurance portals and markets** 

 

Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Provide high levels of service to the existing book: maintain and retention is key
  • Work closely with stakeholders to achieve new sales and growth
  • Cross sell and up-sell encouraged in order to increase size of book
  • Advise client on matters of coverage and pricing, and place risk with the appropriate market
  • Act as trusted advisor for all VIP clients
  • Respond to all enquired in a professional manner
  • Contact client to advise of any changes in the market or to their policies
  • Ensure information is correct and coverage still meets clients’ needs
  • Advocate for your client to the insurance carriers

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience dealing with high net worth clients
  • CAIB or Level 2 licence
  • Exposure to high net worth markets – Chubb, Ovation, AIG and/or Guarantee is highly regarded
  • Strong business development and negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial attitude - for the growth of the book
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, external clients, and carriers.
  • Ability to deliver highly technical information.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong presentation skills and demonstrate a comfort dealing with very affluent individuals as well as high level executives.
