As a Customer Care Agent, you'll be providing quotes to the community, discussing policy renewals with policyholders to ensure their insurance needs are met, and providing timely responses to policyholder inquiries. You'll also be assessing insurance needs and providing product recommendations, as well as providing required documentation to underwriters in a timely manner.

We're looking for someone with a post-secondary education and 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or a call center environment. You must have an OTL or be willing and able to complete it quickly. Understanding of the insurance industry (claims and underwriting would be an asset), effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in relation to business operations are also key requirements.
