Qualifications to embark on this exciting journey:
? FCIP or CIP certifications to showcase your expertise and dedication. ? 3-5 years of exceptional leadership experience, showcasing your ability to lead high-performance teams. ? A minimum of 5 years in commercial property and casualty underwriting, demonstrating your depth of knowledge in the field. ? Strong financial and marketing acumen that sets you apart from the crowd. ? Excellent organizational and communication skills, allowing you to navigate complex challenges with ease.
