Job Description

Our client is seeking a professional Personal Lines Account Manager to join their team! The ideal candidate must have Level 2 General Insurance License and at least 3 years’ experience with strong knowledge in Personal Lines products.

Location: Burnaby, BC / Surrey, BC

Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellence service and proactive contacts
  • Engage with clients to determine their insurance needs and provide professional advice to ensure their best coverage and protection
  • Develop new business opportunities by securing expiry dates and cross selling personal insurance products
  • Support clients in the claims process
  • Proactively manage and process policy renewals on a timely basis


  • 3+ years of Personal Lines/General insurance experience
  • Level 2 General Insurance License for BC
  • Strong knowledge of Personal Lines products
  • Strong knowledge of ICBC, experience with auto products
  • Attention to detail, customer-oriented with excellent communication and management skills
