The Role: Commercial Account Manager
As a Commercial Account Manager, you'll have the chance to engage with commercial clients, foster professional relationships with new and existing clients and insurers, and manage an entire book of business. It's a role that will keep you on your toes and provide you with valuable experiences!
A Day in the Life:
- Impress clients with exceptional care as their primary point of contact for all their insurance needs.
- Show off your skills in preparing submissions, creating winning proposals, cover notes, client correspondence, certificates, and invoices, all according to our agency's high standards.
- Be the backbone of the team by assisting with various administrative functions to keep things running smoothly.
- Stay organized by reviewing and prioritizing assigned tasks daily, including handling company mail, emails, and other activities.
- Take charge of marketing accounts, whether they're new, renewals, or midterm changes, showcasing your expertise in collecting client data, crafting stellar submissions, negotiating rates and coverages with company underwriters, and presenting the best programs to our account executives.
What You Bring:

- 2-5 years of commercial experience.
- Hold a Level 2 insurance license, demonstrating your dedication to professional growth.
