The Opportunity:
Reporting directly to the VP Operations, the Training and Development Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of individuals within the organization. The primary responsibility of this position is to design, conduct, and organize training programs aimed at improving employee performance and organizational productivity.

  • 7-10 years of experience working within a commercial insurance business environment.
  • Excellent training abilities, including engaging, coaching, motivating, mentoring, and developing employees.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and problem-solve independently.
  • A team player with an initiative and resourcefulness.
