With a rich heritage of over a century, our client is dedicated to providing unwavering support and personalized insurance solutions to Home, Auto, Farm and Commercial Policy Holders throughout Ontario.
Note: Commercial position is within surrounding areas of Niagara/St.Catharines, Ontario Regions/Farm position is out of Bright, Ontario surrounding Regions from Woodstock to Kitchener to Brantford and over to Stratford, etc.)

In this sales position, you will be provided a book of business and skillfully add new clients as you visit commercial and/or farm businesses while representing the Company brand with the utmost professionalism.
Your key accountabilities will involve:
- Engaging the community by providing well-informed insurance quotes, showcasing the Company commitment to excellence in service.
- Cultivating lasting relationships with valued policyholders, ensuring their insurance needs are met through thoughtful policy renewal discussions.
- Embracing the opportunity to engage with clients in person, travelling locally to their sites to provide personalized support.
- Exhibiting a prompt and professional approach in addressing policyholder inquiries, ensuring their peace of mind is your top priority.
- Utilizing your expertise in assessing the unique insurance requirements of your clients and present tailored product recommendations accordingly.
- Upholding efficiency by promptly furnishing necessary documentation to underwriters, streamlining Company processes for the benefit of your clients.
In addition, You will have the following experience and attributes to be successful:
- Possess a Post Secondary Education, complemented by a proven track record of 5+ years in selling farm and/or commercial insurance.
- Hold a valid OTL, demonstrating your commitment to professional excellence in the industry.
- Leverage your valuable experience in sales, service, claims, and / or underwriting to contribute effectively to our dynamic team.
- Showcase a relationship-oriented mindset, fostering strong policyholder retention through meaningful connections.
- Display exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing empathy and understanding in all client interactions.
- Demonstrate a profound respect for confidentiality, safeguarding the trust placed in your Company and its operations.
- Exhibit outstanding organizational skills, adeptly managing deadlines and responsibilities to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Be a dedicated customer service professional, attending to even the minutest details to exceed client expectations.
- Thrive in a collaborative team environment, treating colleagues with respect and valuing their contributions.
- Showcase advanced computer skills and multitasking capabilities, with prior experience using EPIC.
