Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join them due to business expansion! The ideal candidate must have Level 2 General Insurance License and prior experience in managing big teams.

Location: Surrey, BC

Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Develop annual business plan to meet targets and maximize every opportunity for all lines of business
  • Assess local market and identify prospective opportunities to obtain new clients
  • Ensure an excellent and consistent client service experience
  • Provide a positive work environment that attracts, retains and motivates talents
  • Support the team of talent to achieve highest performance potential
  • Manage all operational aspects of the branch


  • Level 2 General Insurance License and actively pursuing a Level 3 License
  • 3 years+ experience managing a department or branch
  • Prior exposure in commercial background will be an asset
  • Excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills
