Our client is looking for a Branch Manager for their office in Surrey. Our client values integrity and teamwork. If you are looking to continue your passion in managing a team of insurance professionals, then this is your new job! 

 What you will be doing:   

  • Manage the team and help in business generation, renewals, and answer underwriting queries.  
  • Develop annual plan to help the branch meet targets in all lines of business.  
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch  

What we are looking for:  

  • Must have at least 3 years of managing a branch 
  • Level 2 license but Level 3 is awesome to have 
  • Enjoy managing staff and have a good balance between client management and staff development
