Job Description

Our client is looking for a Director for their Commercial Insurance. This is for someone who has a track record of managing a team of brokers and has a passion for great customer service.  

 What you will be doing:   

  • Manage a team of marketers and assign new business and renewal lists accordingly.  
  • Build and maintain relationship with key insurance partners.  
  • Develop key programs and strategy for the company.  
  • Regular performance and business review with staff.  

What we are looking for:  

  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in commercial lines 
  • Level 2 license but Level 3 is awesome to have 
  • Enjoy managing staff and have a good balance between client management and staff development
