**Skills and Experience to Thrive:**

**University Degree or Equivalent:** Your academic prowess will be your secret weapon.

**Provincial Insurance License:** Your level 2 license is your ticket to the adventure.

**CIP, FCIP, and CRM (or Working Towards):** Level up your skills with these certifications.

**Commercial Insurance Experience:** If you've spent at least 10-15 years in the commercial insurance realm, especially in the construction industry, let's chat.
