REMOTE: Ontario/Quebec/New Brunswick

With a primary focus on the vibrant Quebec market, our client is delighted to welcome a new Personal Lines Broker to the team.
If you are ready for your next adventure it's fully remote! Are you a newly licensed (AMF) Insurance Broker with a passion for pets and at least one year of experience selling insurance ? If so, this could be the job for you!
Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:
?? Answer all incoming calls and emails with enthusiasm, providing information on pet insurance offerings. ?? Create unforgettable customer experiences by responding promptly and following up diligently. ?? Be an attentive and empathetic listener while recommending tailored insurance products that meet each client's unique needs. ?? Cultivate and nurture existing client relationships while expanding your network with new connections. ?? Strive to reach your personal and company objectives, all while enjoying the journey. ?? Keep things organized and maintain impeccable documentation, ensuring everything is up to company standards. ?? Embrace and uphold company policies to keep the team dynamics vibrant and effective. ?? Live and breathe company values, mission, and procedures in all that you do. ?? Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams whenever the need arises.
Do You Have What It Takes?
?? 1-3 years of experience in a brokerage setting and a solid understanding of P&C Insurance. ?? Possession of a valid AMF License – Personal Lines. ?? Fluent in both French and English ?? Exceptional listening skills with a compassionate and approachable demeanor. ?? Highly organized with a deep understanding of the sales process and a key eye for detail. ?? Driven, with a strong work ethic and a zest for what you do. ?? Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. ?? Persuasive and skilled in negotiation. ?? Proficient with technology and familiar with Microsoft Office and Aquarium Software.
