Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced Learning & Development Associate to join their team! The ideal candidate must have at least 3 year of solid auto insurance sales experience and proven track record in educating/coaching a team on product knowledge.

Location: Vancouver, BC

Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Utilize company program to coach and educate new and existing employees
  • Conduct engaging training sessions in person on product specifics and sales strategies
  • Continuously update training materials to reflect changes in polices, regulations, or new product introductions
  • Assess program effectiveness through evaluation, feedback, and performance metrics
  • Achieving and surpassing sales goals and targets

Requirements:

  • 3 years+ solid auto insurance experience with proven track record in high sales
  • Prior experience in education and coaching team on product knowledge
  • Insurance Broker Level 1 License (must obtain Level 2 within 6 months of employment)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
