Job Description

This brokerage client is looking for a Commercial Account Manager for their office in Burnaby. If you want to take your knowledge and expertise to a different environment, then this is the role for you.   

What you will be doing:    

  • Work with a team (producer and account manager) in managing a book of business.  
  • Will coordinate with insurance partners for remarketing of risks.  
  • Manage clients’ needs like preparing proposals, endorsements, policy changes.  
  • Provide excellent customer service to retain existing customers.  

What we are looking for:   

  • Must have at least 5 years of insurance experience. 
  • EPIC or TAM experience is highly regarded but not mandatory 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 
  • Level 2 license and CAIB or CIP insurance designation is an asset  
  • Team player, great communications skills, comfortable in multi-tasking 

*Salary for intermediate: 65,000 to 85,000
