Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Account Manager / Marketer to join their team! This is a hybrid role where you will be handling a combination of Account Management and Marketing duties. The ideal candidate must have General Insurance Level 2 License and at least 5 years of commercial insurance experience.

Location: Burnaby, BC

Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Manage a book of business and maximize retention of the existing book   
  • Ensure all client services documents are prepared in a timely fashion   
  • Work with Client Executives to discuss client needs and make recommendations
  • Assist with developing innovative marketing process and be current on new products and market trends


  • 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance
  • Level 2 General Insurance License
  • CIP designation or enrolled in CIP course is preferred
  • TAM/EPIC experience is a plus
  • Team player with strong organizational and time management skills
