Insurance Advisor (Life or Group Benefits) – 9493

Your Role

As an Insurance Advisor, you'll be:

  • Personalizing Solutions: Assessing individual needs and recommending tailored insurance solutions.
  • Seamlessly Managing Sales: Guiding clients from initial contact to closing, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.
  • Building Trust: Creating lasting relationships, fostering trust, and adding value through every interaction.
  • Generating Leads: Actively prospecting and developing new business opportunities.
  • Leveraging Relationships: Utilizing your strong network to drive referrals and repeat business.
  • Engaging Digitally: Meeting clients via video and phone to understand their goals and recommend specific policies.
  • Championing Clients: Promoting a client-first mindset in a digital environment.
  • Utilizing CRM Tools: Using our CRM software to deepen client relationships.
  • Collaborating with the Team: Working with colleagues and business partners to achieve team goals.
  • Exceeding Targets: Meeting and surpassing sales goals and targets.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of professional service/sales experience in the Insurance Industry in either life or group benefits
  • Licensing: Life/A&S License (HLLQP/LLQP) required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Adaptability: Strength in adaptability and flexibility.
  • Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with a variety of digital systems and tools.
  • Language: Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Accountability: A strong sense of accountability and the ability to complete tasks on time.
