Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and RIBO-licensed Commercial Insurance Marketer to join our team. This remote position requires a professional with a minimum of five years of experience in commercial insurance in Ontario and a comprehensive understanding of commercial insurance markets. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in marketing commercial business for our producers, assisting the commercial department, and performing other related tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
    •    Marketing Commercial Business:
    ?    Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote commercial insurance products and services.
    ?    Collaborate with producers to identify target markets and generate new business opportunities.
    ?    Prepare and present proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of commercial insurance products.
    ?    Negotiate terms and coverage with insurance carriers to secure the best terms for clients.
    •    Assisting the Commercial Department:
    ?    Support the commercial department with policy renewals, endorsements, and other policy servicing tasks.
    ?    Provide expert advice on commercial insurance products and coverage options to clients and team members.
    ?    Assist in the development and maintenance of strong relationships with insurance carriers and underwriters.
    •    Additional Responsibilities:
    ?    Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes impacting commercial insurance.
    ?    Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
    ?    Perform other related tasks as needed to support the team and ensure client satisfaction.
    •    RIBO license is mandatory.
    •    Minimum of five years of experience in commercial insurance in Ontario
    •    In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products, markets, and underwriting processes.
    •    Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    •    Proven ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
    •    Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    •    Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
    •    Proficiency in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
