It’s Not Just Expertise but Attributes

  • Post Secondary Education in business, finance or a related field plus a Professional Designation ie Other Than Life (OTL) or General Insurance Agent License.
  • Minimum 10 years of related experience in business development and sales within the insurance industry complimented by 3+ years in a managerial role, leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strategic, progressive and results-driven leader always overcoming obstacles and driving measurable business growth.
  • Well-developed analytical skills with an understanding of commercial, farm, residential and automobile risk evaluation.
  • Resilient problem-solving and smart decision-making complimented by abilities to leverage data-driven insights and implement innovative solutions.
  • Highly adaptable with a proven track record of driving change, optimizing processes and achieving business objectives.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, insurance software and business technology tools.
  • Valid Driver’s Licence, reliable transportation, able and willing to travel as required.
