Senior Business Enablement Analyst
Gore Mutual’s EPMO team is expanding! We are looking to add a new Senior Business Enablement Analyst to our team. This role focuses on defining, analyzing, and delivering quick-win solutions (both tech and non-tech – including GenAI) to solve business problems and pain points. As this is a new role/function, the successful candidate will need to build out this role in alignment with the Director.
What will you do?
- Engage with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and understand their needs and expectations for both tech and non-tech quick wins -including GenAI solutions- ensuring they align with business objectives and use cases.
- In partnership with Business Architecture and, at times, the Manager, Strategic Enablement, contribute to or create solution proposals, including technical and non-technical options, for stakeholder review and approval.
- Conduct feasibility studies to assess the practicality and potential impact of proposed solutions.
- Develop process maps and workflows to visualize current and proposed processes, identifying areas for improvement.
- Define the terms of proof of concept models to validate the functionality and effectiveness of proposed solutions.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.
- Use relevant data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform solution design and decision-making.
- Support organizational change management efforts.
- Partner with security and Enterprise Risk Management to assess implications of proposed solutions, ensuring they meet organizational and regulatory standards.
- Work with Architecture and vendors to design and develop GenAI solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Define and execute testing to ensure GenAI solutions are robust, reliable, and meet user expectations.
- Follow IT Change management procedures for any implementations.
- Monitor the performance of deployed GenAI solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary optimizations.
- Ensure all GenAI solutions comply with relevant regulations and security standards, protecting sensitive business data and ensuring ethical AI practices.
What will you need to succeed?
- Undergraduate Degree
- More than 5 years, up to 10 years of work experience
- Tactical solution development
- Proficiency in business analysis, documentation & Process design
- Experience providing input for technical and non-technical solutions
- Familiarity with creating GenAI solutions that meet business needs and quality standards or the ability to develop this knowledge
- Experience working with different people to understand and document what problem they are looking to solve in order to identify solutions, ensuring these needs match the business goals

Please note that this role operates in a hybrid environment, with one day a week expected in our Cambridge, Ontario office or Toronto, Ontario Office.
