The Opportunity:

Our client is looking for a Commercial Account Manager to join their growing team. In this role, you will work closely with producers and marketers to assess client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include managing renewals, handling policy placements and midterm changes, and ensuring excellent client service. The portfolio includes significant commission income and spans various industries, including construction, hospitality, real estate, and energy.

Necessary Qualifications Include:

  • Level 2 General Insurance License
  • 3-5 years of commercial lines experience (construction experience is an asset)
  • CAIB, CIP, FCIP, or CRM designation is considered an asset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applied Epic
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
