The Opportunity:
Our client is seeking a VIP Personal Lines Broker to join their specialized team. In this role, you will manage a high-value personal lines book of business, working with high-net-worth clients to provide tailored insurance solutions. Your responsibilities will include handling renewals, endorsements, and new business while ensuring an exceptional client experience. Given the specialized nature of this role, the ideal candidate will be an experienced personal lines professional with the ability to hit the ground running.

They offer a flexible work environment, requiring in-office presence only twice a month, with an initial 30-day training period in-office. About You:
You are a highly skilled personal lines professional with extensive experience managing high-net-worth client portfolios. You have strong problem-solving skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining excellent client relationships. Your knowledge of industry portals and systems allows you to navigate the role efficiently without extensive training.
Necessary Qualifications Include:
- Minimum 5 years of personal lines insurance experience (VIP/high-net-worth experience preferred)
- Level 2 General Insurance License (Level 1 will be considered with a commitment to obtaining Level 2)
- Strong understanding of insurance products for high-net-worth clients
- Experience with Chubb, Aviva Ovation, and Intact Prestige is an asset
- Familiarity with Applied Epic and Microsoft Office 365
- Ability to work efficiently in a flexible and largely remote work environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
