The Opportunity:
Our client is seeking a Personal Insurance Account Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a book of personal lines business, handling renewals, endorsements, and new business. You will provide top-tier client service, ensuring coverage solutions are tailored to meet individual needs. The ideal candidate will be experienced in personal lines insurance and able to step into the role with minimal training.

Our client is a respected brokerage known for delivering exceptional personal insurance solutions. They offer a flexible work environment, requiring in-office presence only twice a month, with an initial 30-day in-office training period (which may be adjusted based on individual needs). Their well-established systems and technology allow employees to work efficiently while maintaining a strong client focus.
About You:
You are a seasoned personal lines professional with a strong understanding of home, auto, and other personal insurance products. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Your experience with insurance company portals and brokerage management systems enables you to work independently with minimal supervision.
Necessary Qualifications Include:
- Minimum 3 years of personal lines insurance experience
- Level 1 General Insurance License (Alberta) (Level 2 strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with the major personal lines markets
- Experience using Applied Epic and Microsoft Office 365
- Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve client inquiries proactively
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a flexible, primarily remote work environment
