This role is critical in ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new employees, maintaining operational efficiency, and upholding high-performance standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance and brokerage operations, with experience managing carrier relationships, training, and compliance.

Your expertise in carrier portals, onboarding, and audits makes you a valuable resource to the team.
Necessary Qualifications Include:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial insurance brokerage operations
- Strong understanding of carrier portals and ability to train brokers on their use
- Experience conducting audits and performance reviews for brokers
- Familiarity with Google Drive and Nitro software is an asset
- Excellent leadership, training, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support brokers effectively
