We are currently seeking a Learning Facilitator. This is a phenomenal role for someone who loves facilitating and coaching leaders in large classrooms and virtual settings. Reporting to the Senior Manager Learning & Development, you will have a background in leadership, team development design and delivery or learning and development. You are qualified to use a range of tools and techniques that bring insights to individuals and teams to help them develop their leadership skills and capabilities.

 

 

 

You will be responsible for facilitating and co-facilitating a combination of live and virtual workshops. These workshops will be part of our newly designed Leadership Programs, catering to participants from various levels of leadership within Aviva, ranging from new leaders to executives. Additionally, there will be opportunities to deliver other learning and leadership workshops based on business needs. Occasionally, you will collaborate with the business, providing them with guidance, coaching, and feedback.

What you'll do:

  • Deliver engaging, interactive, and impactful leadership development sessions at least 3 days per week.

  • Bring personal business and leadership insights to enrich the learning experience.

  • Provide post workshop/session feedback to ensuring on the job knowledge transfer.

  • Collaborate with different members of our business and People Function faculty to build effective co-delivery.

  • At times provide coaching and feedback to participants to enhance their leadership skills.

  • Work closely with our UK partners to collaborate, support and share enhancements of the program.

  • Provide data and insights, measures of success to Senior Manager Learning and Development as well as People Function leaders.

  • Support in session coordination.

  • Some travel required.

 

What you'll bring:

  • Excellent facilitation capability crafted in a learning environment.

  • Excellent listening and feedback skills.

  • Ability to master program content and deliver with agility and efficiency.

  • Experience of interpreting psychometrics, providing feedback, and coaching to individuals and teams.

  • Work well in a team, co-facilitate with others as well as independently.

  • Bachelor’s degree in, Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Adult Learning, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated ability (5+ years) in, leadership development, leadership facilitation, leadership coaching, leading teams, or related areas.

  • Solid understanding of Teams platform for virtual facilitation.

  • Bilingual in French is an asset.
