The Opportunity:
Our client is looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join their growing team. This is an opportunity to step into a key role supporting a well-established commercial book of business and helping to shape the future of the department. You’ll be responsible for full-cycle servicing of the commercial portfolio and, once established, will play a pivotal role in onboarding and mentoring a new team member as the department expands.

You bring experience in the small to mid-market commercial space, with a willingness to expand your expertise into larger accounts. You’re a confident communicator, organized, and excited by the idea of helping build out a department and mentoring others along the way.
Necessary qualifications include:

Level 2 General Insurance License

Ongoing commitment to professional development (e.g., CAIB, CIP)

4–7 years of commercial insurance experience

3–4 years in a client-facing, team-based role

Experience with TAM, Microsoft Office, or Compu-Quote is an asset
