You'll be working independently, but with a team that’s got your back, helping clients breeze through the insurance process. Our client is looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in a traditional insurance brokerage setting and who knows how to make every client feel like a priority. If you're great at understanding unique needs and offering the perfect solutions that leave clients feeling confident and secure, we want to hear from you!
Key Accountabilities
- Provide friendly and professional service to each client in a timely manner
- Respond to all incoming calls and emails for an assigned book of business
- Manager all aspects of an assigned book of business as a productive team member
- Review and process policy renewals, endorsements and follow ups accurately through company established workflows
- Ensure renewals have adequate coverage to include quoting and remarketing as necessary
- Meet assigned retention targets with the team
Key Qualifications/Attributes
- Must require a RIBO License for all interactions with clients
- Minimum 5+ years experience with personal lines service in an Insurance Brokerage
- Conscientious with a strong attention to detail and high level of organization and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and follow-up on uncompleted tasks in a timely manner
- Self-starter and collaborative team player
- Able to work in a “paperless” environment
- Working knowledge of Company portals to include Aviva, Travelers, Wawanesa, SGI, etc.
- Experience working with SIGXP and CompuQuote
- Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
