Job Description

Our client is looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to join their team! The ideal candidate must have Level 2 license and at least 3 years experience in managing Personal Lines & Auto accounts.

Location: Vancouver, BC

Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting, quoting, and binding a variety of insurance products for office clients
  • Handle customer inquiries
  • Support new and existing customers by offering recommendations for products and services required
  • Promote retention of existing customers by building strong relationships and providing quality customer service
  • Managing and maintaining activities in an organized and timely manner

Requirements:

  • 3 years+ Personal Lines & Auto insurance experience
  • Insurance Broker Level 2 License
  • Proficiency with MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook and EPIC
  • Detailed-oriented individual with excellent communication and customer service skills
