Who You Are
You are a dedicated insurance professional with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial insurance claims handling. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are looking to join a forward-thinking brokerage with a progressive leadership team, this opportunity is for you.
What You Bring
- Level 2 Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial claims handling
- Strong knowledge of policy wordings across multiple insurance carriers
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, clients, and industry partners
- Excellent verbal, written communication and negotiation skills
- Progress toward or completion of CIP, CRM or CAIB designation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Epic (or similar insurance platforms) is an asset
