Personal Lines Associate – VIP

You are a licensed insurance professional who thrives in a service-first environment. What You Bring

  • Level 1 General Insurance License in Alberta
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in personal lines insurance
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A client-first attitude and professional approach to service
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency
  • EPIC experience is a bonus

Administrative Support

  • Maintain well-organized and up-to-date client files in EPIC
  • Prepare and process binders, invoices, letters, and related documents
  • Manage day-to-day administrative workflows and ensure outstanding items are tracked and completed
  • Route incoming communications appropriately within the team
  • Ensure all outgoing correspondence is accurate and delivered on schedule

Accounting Coordination

  • Assist with monitoring outstanding receivables
  • Liaise with the accounting team and insurers to help resolve billing discrepancies or payment issues
  • Process payments and related documentation in a timely and accurate manner
