Administrative support is provided to handle processing tasks so you can focus on what you do best: building trust and delivering exceptional client care.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and servicing a personal lines book of business with care and attention.

  • Advising clients on coverage options, renewals, and policy changes.

  • Building strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication.

  • Collaborating with internal teammates and insurer partners to resolve inquiries efficiently.

  • Using company portals and systems to process transactions accurately.

  • Participating in ongoing training and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.

What You’ll Bring

  • Level 2 General Insurance License (Alberta).

  • Previous experience in a personal lines brokerage environment (range of experience levels considered).

  • Familiarity with multiple insurers and market options.

  • Strong client service orientation with excellent communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills and comfort using brokerage systems.
