Job Description
A Brokerage That Puts People First
Are you looking for a place where relationships matter more than volume? Our client, a boutique insurance brokerage in Calgary, is seeking a personable and detail-oriented Commercial Insurance Advisor to join their small, collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys the commercial side of the business but wants to work in a supportive, relationship-driven environment — not a high-pressure, production-heavy setting.
About the Opportunity
This brokerage is known for its loyal client base and steady referral business — a true testament to its service-first approach. You’ll be responsible for managing smaller commercial accounts and supporting consistent, high-quality service for established clients.
It’s a great role for someone who has some commercial experience and wants to expand their knowledge — training and mentorship are available for the right person, but they are also open to more seasoned people too. There is a very competitive commission structure for any new business written.
Administrative support is provided for processing and paperwork so you can focus on your clients. The team works together on-site in a bright, open-concept office just minutes from downtown, with free parking available nearby.
