The Opportunity

Our client is looking for a Client Experience Leader to support and guide their Commercial and Personal Lines servicing teams. In this leadership role, you’ll be responsible for developing team members, ensuring workflow consistency, and driving operational performance. You’ll also champion system optimization, data quality, and contribute directly to complex client solutions when needed. This is an opportunity to lead a strong service team in a well-established brokerage environment.

About You

You’re a proactive leader with a strong foundation in both Commercial and Personal Lines insurance. You excel in coaching teams, streamlining workflows, and supporting technology-driven service delivery. You're skilled at collaborating across departments and can step into client-facing situations when needed to ensure a seamless experience.


Necessary Qualifications Include

  • 7+ years of experience in a brokerage setting (Commercial and/or Personal Lines)

  • Level 2 General Insurance License (Level 3 is an asset)

  • Proven team leadership or mentorship experience

  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial placements and personal lines markets

  • Proficiency in brokerage management systems (e.g., Applied Epic)

  • CAIB, CIP, or equivalent designations are considered assets

  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities
