The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Senior Commercial Marketing Broker to support their Commercial Lines team during a period of continued growth. This role is heavily focused on the broking and marketing side of the business, partnering closely with producers to assess client needs, structure placements, and negotiate coverage terms. The portfolio primarily supports construction and contracting accounts, with responsibility spanning renewals, new business, and mid term changes.
This position blends technical broking expertise with client and producer support and is best suited to an experienced commercial insurance professional who enjoys complex placements and market facing work. While the role is ideally based in Calgary, remote work may be considered for an exceptionally strong candidate (located in Western Canada).

About You
You are a seasoned commercial insurance professional with strong broking and marketing experience. You are highly organized, detail oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities. You enjoy working closely with producers, insurers, and clients, and you bring a practical, solutions focused approach to your work. Construction experience is beneficial, but not mandatory.
Necessary Qualifications Include
• 5+ years of commercial lines insurance experience
• Level 2 insurance license
• Experience supporting or leading the broking and marketing process
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience using Applied Epic and or The Agency Manager
• Professional designations such as CAIB, CIP, FCIP, or CRM considered an asset
