Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 plus benefits
Job Summary:
The Senior Manager will be responsible for directing team performance and ensuring efficient and consistent operations across the Personal Lines function. This position plays a key role in supporting both client experience and business growth by maintaining strong processes, clear workflows, and a high-performing team environment. Working closely with the executive team, producers, and insurer partners, the successful candidate will contribute to operational improvements, support team development, and help drive overall performance within the brokerage. This opportunity is well suited for someone who enjoys leading teams, improving processes, and staying close to the day-to-day operations of a busy Personal Lines environment.
Key Responsibilities:
·Oversee daily Personal Lines operations including renewals, endorsements, and client servicing workflows.
·Lead, mentor, and support a team of brokers, service representatives, and/or team leads.
·Monitor service levels, turnaround times, and workload distribution to ensure efficiency.
·Support team performance through coaching, feedback, and ongoing development.
·Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and client experience.
·Collaborate with producers and insurer partners to ensure smooth placement and servicing of business.
·Act as a point of escalation for complex client, carrier, or operational issues.
·Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal standards, and best practices.
·Maintain accurate data and reporting through broker management systems.
·Contribute to operational planning and support growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
·Active RIBO license in good standing.
·Previous leadership experience at a Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager level.
·5-10 years’ experience in personal lines insurance in an insurance brokerage setting.
·Strong understanding of Personal Lines products, servicing workflows, and renewal processes.
·Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
·Comfortable working in a fully digital, paperless environment.
·Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
·Familiarity with insurance company portals and online systems.
·Experience with Power Broker and Applied Rating Services.
·Working towards or completion of CIP, CAIB, or similar designation.
