The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial CSR to support our Commercial Insurance team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys servicing small to mid-sized commercial accounts, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely work.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and administer commercial policies, including new business, renewals, and endorsements
- Review policy documentation for accuracy and follow up with insurers on any discrepancies
- Prepare and send client correspondence, including policy documents and coverage updates
- Support brokers by identifying and communicating any changes in coverage
- Manage invoicing and policy activities within internal systems
- Download and organize policy documents and maintain accurate client files
- Assist with administrative duties such as mail handling and documentation processing
- Provide occasional backup support to personal lines, as needed
- Contribute to maintaining and updating internal templates and workflows
What You Bring
- Level 1 or Level 2 insurance license
- 3+ years experience in a commercial insurance support or processing role
- Working knowledge of Applied Epic (required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
