Commercial Account Manager

The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to join their Vancouver office. This role involves supporting a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, working closely with producers and internal teams to develop placement strategies, manage renewals, and provide tailored coverage solutions. You will play a key role in both servicing and marketing accounts, ensuring a high standard of client care while managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

About You
You are an experienced commercial insurance professional who is confident managing accounts end to end. You are organized, detail oriented, and comfortable balancing servicing and marketing responsibilities. You enjoy working in a team environment, communicating with clients and insurers, and navigating complex renewals and placements with professionalism and accuracy.

Necessary Qualifications Include
• Level 2 Insurance License
• 3–5+ years of commercial lines insurance experience
• Experience managing renewals, policy changes, and client servicing
• Ability to support placement strategy and liaise with insurers
• Proficiency with EPIC and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem solving skills
• Professional designations such as CAIB, CIP, FCIP, or CRM considered an asset
