What You'll Be Doing

  • Price new business proposals and renewal accounts, including benefit modification requests

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Sharp analytical skills with strong reasoning and sound judgment
  • Effective negotiator with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
  • Able to work independently and manage competing deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Bilingualism in French and English is required

What's On Offer

  • Base salary up to $100,000, commensurate with experience
  • Short-term incentive plan at 8% target (paid out above 100% for multiple consecutive years)
  • 4 weeks vacation
  • Employer-paid health and dental benefits from day one
  • Registered Pension Plan (RPP) + RRSP with 100% employer match (up to 4%)
  • 8 paid sick days + 3 paid personal/family days
  • STD and LTD coverage
  • Health Spending Account ($400/year) and Personal Wellness Account ($400/year)
  • Fully remote with optional in-office access in Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada
