Job Description
The Opportunity
Our client is hiring multiple Insurance Operations Solutions Specialists to support the continued development and improvement of an insurance technology platform. These are three separate opportunities, each aligned with a specific area of insurance operations: Finance, Underwriting and Claims, or Broker and Stakeholder Management.
The successful candidates will bring strong insurance industry knowledge and help translate operational workflows, business rules, and user requirements into practical technology solutions. They will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify needs, document requirements, clarify processes, and support the delivery of platform enhancements.
Previous experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or within an agile delivery environment is helpful but is not the primary requirement. Our client is prepared to train strong insurance professionals on the product-focused aspects of the position. The greatest priority is finding candidates who already understand how insurance operations work within an MGA, Mutual, or Insurer.
The Employer
Our client is a growing insurance technology organization that partners closely with the Canadian insurance industry. The company brings together insurance expertise and technology to build practical, scalable solutions for the market.
The organization offers a collaborative, remote-first working environment where insurance professionals can apply their industry knowledge in a technology-focused setting.
