Insurance Producers / Brokers Wanted | Commercial & Personal Lines | Remote
Our client, a growing P&C insurance brokerage based in Vaughan, is looking to add insurance producers at various levels to their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a sales-driven, entrepreneurial insurance professional who wants the freedom to focus on what they do best: prospecting, networking, winning new business and growing revenue.
The brokerage provides the infrastructure and support to allow producers to spend less time servicing accounts and more time selling.
What they are looking for:
- Experienced Insurance Producers with a proven ability to generate new business
- Commercial Lines producers are particularly attractive, but Personal Lines producers are also welcome
- A true hunter mentality with a strong track record of prospecting and developing relationships
- Individuals who have demonstrated the ability to grow a book of business
- Producers with an existing book are strongly encouraged to explore the opportunity
- Strong industry and business networks
- RIBO licence required
- Most importantly, someone with the sales ability, drive and ambition to build their business
What the brokerage offers:
- Fully remote opportunity, with some time in the Vaughan office initially encouraged
- Access to all major insurance markets
- Dedicated customer service and operational support so producers can focus on sales
- Assistance with the transition and servicing of an existing book of business
- Producers bringing a book can retain ownership of their book during the transition
- Future ownership opportunities are available for producers who do not currently have a book
- Compensation is primarily commission-focused, with the structure open to discussion based on the producer's experience, book and overall contribution
There is no minimum book size or specific production target. The brokerage is more interested in finding talented producers who know how to sell, build relationships and generate new business.
