What We Offer
- Permanent, full-time position, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.;
- Salary starting at $70,000 per year, depending on experience;
- 100% remote work after the initial training period, with a hybrid schedule of 2 days per week in the office during training;

Your Day-to-Day
- Manage an approximately $1 million book of business for the producing broker, in collaboration with an assistant;
- Handle policy renewals, endorsements and policy changes;
- Answer client inquiries and provide high-quality service and advice;
- Negotiate terms and contracts with various insurance carriers;
- Work with a client portfolio consisting of approximately 90% personal lines and 10% commercial lines;
- After one year, have the opportunity to gradually build your own book of business, if desired, and earn 50% of the commission generated.
About You
- You hold your AMF license in Personal and Commercial Lines Property & Casualty Insurance;
- You have at least 2 years of experience as a Property & Casualty Insurance Broker — commercial experience is not required;
- You are bilingual in French and English;
- You are recognized for your strong customer service skills, autonomy and ability to build trusting relationships with clients;
